I like this photo, and the bokeh is very interesting. It really creates a fascinating background.
The colours are so soft and easy on the eyes. The background is perfect.
However, the model's eyes aren't very sharp, it looks as if you focused on his hair... or on his clothes. It's a pity, because it could've been a wonderful photo.
I believe it's the exposure, though. Perhaps it is a little underexposed. I've had a look at the camera settings details and I noticed that the aperture could've been wider. Considering the focal length of 50mm, I assume the lens you used is the "nifty-fifty" -- the so well-known 50mm 1.8. In this case, only using a lower f-number would have given you better results.
If I am wrong, then perhaps you could've increased the shutter speed. Or you could have edited the curves in Photoshop, if none of these would've been possible.
The framing is good, the composition is also strong. I would've changed the colour of his shirt, that pink doesn't fit the overall tones, perhaps a warmer colour like red or orange would've done better.
But all in all, I like this photo, and I trust you'll do better next time. I tried to give you some piece of advice, because that's why people request critique. I hope I haven't been too harsh on you, though. I enjoyed looking through your gallery.
